Upon searching the past few months, I’ve stumbled upon a cover of one of Final Fantasy’s most nostalgic ending theme ever – Faye Wong’s Eyes on Me delivers a smooth message that goes way back into Final Fantasy VIII’s core gameplay and storyline. I believe that Squall and Rinoa’s first meeting in Balamb Garden was the fan that fueled the love flame – I don’t want to get caught up in another believable love story flashback.

Her name is Carmina Topacio, an aspiring music artist that has found a home inside Youtube’s amalgam of creative and pragmatic music connoisseurs. This 18-year-old female has shelled out different covers of songs while performing perky and quirky dance moves related to upbeat compositions.

Aside from singing Wong’s classic, her resemblance to Rinoa kept me thinking that a home-grown talent  has brandished different personas and performances all throughout her own channel. Yup, she’s a Filipina and her authentic renditions connotes her as another foreign act trying to make it big like Marie Digby did on her career.
