Final Fantasy XIV Beta Character Creation For the PC
With all the buzz about Final Fantasy XIV and its probable delay for the PS3, fans can now divert their attention on how the game will be played via an introductory video on how the character customization for the PC goes. You can’t start an online multiplayer game without designing your own character and, Enix has released a detailed, 10-minute video of the game’s character customization frame and the game’s opening scenes.
Kind of reminds me of God of War’s chaotic struggle of the mateys’ against a horde of undead stowaways but this time, your character gets ambushed by what looks like a group of man-eating Man-o-War.
There’s a lot of customization and by judging the character panel controls, Final Fantasy XIV is super serious and, the franchise is treading the right direction, in terms of MMO principles, that is. Cool animations and realistic sprites of different in-game clans are just two of the game’s strengths and, the beta character customization teaser just shows how the PC version of the game could become ready earlier than expected.
The classic, harp greeting begins the Create-A-Character mode and from there, it’s all up to you on how you will make your character stand-out with limited choices ranging from hair color, face paint and other knick-knacks.
